Dr. Jeanne M. Perrine, O.D. and staff are pleased to welcome you to our

Jeanne M. Perrine O.D. A native of Lewisburg, West Virginia, Dr. Perrine earned a Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Perrine worked several years with opthamolgists before opening the Eye and Hearing Aid Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She specializes in treating eye diseases like glaucoma and works closely with Dr. Hays in pre and post operative cataract and cornea surgery. Dr. Perrine has been located in the IBEW building for 20+ years and enjoys helping each patient achieve the best possible vision available with the newest technology. Dr. Perrine has worked as a provider for the Sight for Students program through Vision Service Plan. Sight for Students is a program that provides free eye exams and glasses for students.

James Hays, M.D. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Hays earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Hays completed both his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hays completed his Corneal Fellowship at the prestigious Dean A McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. Hays was founder of the Atlanta Eye Surgery Group, which merged with Omni Eye Services in 2001. He specializes in cataract and corneal surgery.

Kay Kay is the Office/Insurance/Billing Manager as well as Optician. She uses the in-office edger to cut lenses for your glasses, taking care too make sure they are of the highest quality and materials. With her 20+ years experience in insurance and billing, she can answer even the most complex questions. She has a certification from Costa Del Mar for the fitting of their frames and lenses. Kay also has certificates from Dunn and Bradstreet. She has completed courses on coding, collections and reimbursements.

Jamie The first voice you hear when you come in or call will be Jamie. Located behind the front desk, Jamie takes care of scheduling and insurance verification. Jamie is the one who calls you to confirm appointments. She will also take care of any of your eyeglass and contacts dispensing as well as answering your insurance questions.

Sophie Sophie is the office resident Miniature Schnauzer. Sophie is the ultimate in people friendly and provides constant training on keeping customers happy.
